The novel coronavirus has killed 604,917 people in the  213 countries and territories since the virus emerged in China last December, according to latest data from worldometer.

So far, 14,426,150 cases of corona infection have been diagnosed while 8,612,333 patients have been considered recovered at 10:45 am till Sunday ( Bangladesh Time).

Besides, the number of active cases are 5,208,900, the source said.

With the new tally in the 24-hour, 5,303 patients died of Covid-19 while 232,010 coronavirus infected patients have been detected, 142,058 patients have made full recovery.

Among other coronavirus affected countries, the US has come up to 142,877 deaths, followed by Brazil with 78,817, UK 45,273, Mexico 38,888, Italy 35,042, France 30,152, Spain 28,420, India 26,828, Iran 13,979, Indonesia 4,016, Saudi Arabia 2,447 and Australia 122 respectively, according to worldometer.
